Specialty · Peptide & supplement brands
A read on where the money is leaking, websites, the software behind them, AI where it saves real hours, email that keeps selling, creative that makes the brand look the part, payment processing that survives a high-risk category, and someone to call when it breaks. Eight services, one senior team, no agency runaround.
Not an account manager, not a ticket queue. The people doing the work are the people you message.
Design and decisions happen with you in real time, so nothing gets revealed at the end.
Accounts, code, domains and data are in your name from day one.
Client results · RBBioworks
RBBioworks sells research peptides direct to researchers. We took the account at the start of the third quarter. The store was already converting above category benchmark — the money was leaking out of retention, not acquisition. So we left traffic alone and went after what each customer was worth.
Quarterly store revenue
Ecwid store reporting
Phase one
Make the storefront do its job before spending a dollar on anything else. Catalog structured so a researcher can actually find a compound, every claim inside the lines, and the trust signals a high-risk category demands sitting where buyers look for them.
Phase two
Turn email from an afterthought into a channel. The list was there; it was dirty, unauthenticated and carrying offers with nothing in them. Deliverability first, then the automated sequences that run without anyone touching them.
Phase three
Stop buying growth with traffic. Peptides are consumed on a schedule, so the second order should be the easiest one in the business — it was the one nobody was asking for. Order volume actually fell this quarter. Revenue still doubled.
| Metric | Previous quarter | Q3 2026 | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Store revenue | $29,373.75 | $61,892.34 | +110.71% |
| Average order value | $116.10 | $267.93 | +130.77% |
| Revenue per customer | $158.78 | $524.51 | +230.34% |
| Revenue per visitor | $3.58 | $14.08 | +293.89% |
| Orders per customer | 1.37 | 1.96 | +43.15% |
| Items per order | 1.55 | 1.91 | +23.81% |
| Repeat-order rate | 6% | 29% | +367.53% |
| Returning-visitor conversion | 5% | 13% | +146.35% |
| Orders placed | 253 | 231 | −8.70% |
Figures are read directly from the store's Ecwid reporting for the periods shown. The comparison period is the 92 days immediately preceding the quarter, as the platform defines it. Order count fell over the same window — the revenue came from existing customers buying more often and spending more per order, not from more traffic. RBBioworks is an RB Paradise Solutions client and the two businesses share common ownership.
What we do
Each one is quoted standalone, bundled, or run as a monthly retainer — and each one runs at one of three levels. Most companies start at Launch to get selling, then add depth as the order volume justifies it.
How the levels compare
Levels are scope, not lock-in — you can run Level 03 email alongside Level 01 everything else if that is where the money is. We will tell you which level each service is worth to you on the call, and we will say so when the answer is the cheaper one.
01
Find the leak before you spend a dollar fixing the wrong thing
Most stores in this category are not short of traffic — they are losing money at a step nobody has looked at. We read your actual numbers: the funnel, the repeat-order rate, the automated email nobody has opened the settings on since it was switched on. You get a ranked list of what to fix, highest return per hour first. On our own store, this read is what found the retention leak behind a doubled quarter.
Every step from cart to order placed, the drop-off at each one, and the revenue sitting behind it.
Orders per customer, repeat rate, time between orders. On a consumable product this is usually where the money actually is.
What’s out of stock, what’s mispriced, what’s missing a variation, and what a buyer can’t find.
What’s enabled, what’s actually earning, and which automated message is going out with nothing in it.
Payment methods, rates, and the cheaper options switched off in a settings panel that are quietly costing you orders.
Research-use-only framing, claims language, and anything in the catalog that puts the merchant account at risk.

Custom e-commerce built for peptide companies
Most peptide sites are a generic template with products dropped in. Yours gets designed around how the business actually runs — how customers find a compound, what they need to see before they trust you, and how an order gets out the door. We work with you on the design daily during the build, not once at the start and once at the end.
Custom design, not a stock theme. Built mobile-first, because most of your traffic is a phone.
Compound pages structured for search — naming, variants, quantities, lot numbers, COA display.
COA hosting and linking, batch documentation, lab-report presentation that reads credible.
Research-use-only language, disclaimers, age and terms gating, and jurisdiction notices placed correctly.
Image handling, page speed, metadata, sitemap, and structured data so the catalog is findable.
You get the login, the docs, and a walkthrough. You own the site — no hostage situation.

The systems that make the site run itself
A store is only half the job. The other half is the software behind it — the stack that handles shipping, discounts, inventory and customer data without you touching a spreadsheet. This is the part most builders skip, and it's the part that decides whether the business scales or eats your week.
Label generation, rate shopping, tracking emails, packing slips, and returns — connected to your carrier accounts.
Code engine, tiered and volume pricing, bundles, first-order offers, and automatic cart rules.
Stock sync, low-stock alerts, lot and batch tracking tied to the right COA.
Order confirmations, shipping notifications and back-in-stock alerts wired to the store. The marketing side lives in service 07.
CRM connection so order history, support tickets and marketing all see the same customer.
Whatever the off-the-shelf apps can't do — written directly into the site by our engineers.

Put AI where it saves hours, not where it looks impressive
AI is worth adding in the specific places it removes repeat work: answering the same twenty questions, writing the same product copy, and reading the pile of tickets nobody has time to read. Everything gets guardrails so it never says something about a compound that it shouldn't.
Trained on your catalog, COAs, shipping policy and FAQs. Handles order status and product questions around the clock.
Hard limits on dosing, medical and therapeutic claims. It refuses and routes to a human instead of improvising.
Product descriptions, email copy and blog content drafted in your voice, from your own catalog data.
Incoming messages sorted, summarized and prioritized so you open the inbox already knowing what matters.
Ask your own data questions — what's selling, what's stuck, which batch shipped where.
Reviews and support threads summarized into a weekly read on what customers actually complain about.

The strategy side — positioning, operations, and growth
Ongoing advisory for founders who are past the idea and into the mess. This is where we work on the business rather than the website: what you sell, who you sell it to, what it costs you, and what's going to break at three times the volume.
Who you're actually for, what makes you different, and how to say it without sounding like every other site.
What to carry, what to drop, how to price, and where the margin really is.
How to evaluate suppliers, what to demand in testing documentation, and how to avoid a bad batch.
Building a COA and quality-record practice that holds up to scrutiny.
How to market the business without writing claims that create real liability.
Fulfillment, staffing, support load, and the systems you'll need before you need them.

Getting paid — reliably — in a high-risk category
Payments are the single most common reason a peptide business stalls. Accounts get declined, held, or shut off with no warning. The fix is doing underwriting properly the first time and never running on a single processor.
Matched to processors that knowingly and openly serve this category — accurate coding, honest underwriting, no surprises later.
A backup processor configured and ready, so a hold on one account doesn't take the store offline.
Crypto, ACH and e-check options added alongside cards to spread the risk.
Checkout wired in cleanly, tested end to end, with clear billing descriptors so customers recognize the charge.
Descriptor clarity, delivery evidence, refund policy and response templates that actually win disputes.
Reading the agreement with you — rolling reserves, caps and settlement timing — before you sign it.

The one channel that's still yours when the ads get switched off
Paid channels disappear without warning in this category — ad accounts get banned, affiliates drop you, platforms change their minds. Your list is the only audience you own outright. We build the whole email engine on a platform that won't ban you for the catalog you carry, then run it every month: campaigns written, sent, and reported on.
Placed on an email platform that knowingly accepts research-chemical catalogs, wired into your store so products, orders and customers sync both ways. Moved off whatever you're on now without losing the list.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your sending domain, a warmed dedicated subdomain, and list hygiene — so campaigns land in inboxes instead of spam folders.
Welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment and win-back. Built once, then earning in the background.
We write, design, schedule and send them. New arrivals, restocks, wholesale offers — a calendar you approve, not one you have to fill.
Popups and embedded forms that capture without wrecking the page, plus segments that keep wholesale apart from retail and buyers apart from browsers.
Revenue per email, per flow and per segment — with every template held to research-use-only framing. No dosing, no therapeutic claims, nothing that puts the merchant account at risk.

A month of assets, in your brand, on a schedule
In this category a buyer decides whether you look legitimate before they read a word. This is a standing monthly retainer that keeps the storefront and the channels stocked — product imagery, campaign creative and short video, all built to the same brand rules so nothing looks borrowed. Everything ships compliance-safe by default, because a careless asset carries the same risk as a careless product page.
Product shots, campaign creative, email headers and social stills, sized for wherever they are going.
Short-form cuts built for the channel they run on, not one render stretched to fit everything.
Colors, type, logo usage and the rules the assets follow — so month twelve still looks like month one.
Vial renders and label treatments for compounds that have no photography and no budget for a shoot.
Research-use-only framing throughout. No dosing, no therapeutic claims, no before-and-after framing in any asset.
You own every asset and the editable file behind it. Nothing is held back as leverage.

Monthly, ongoing
Packages
Most engagements start at one of these. Scope is fixed before anything begins, every account ends up in your name, and neither one needs a retainer to be worth it.
Launch
You have a brand and a catalog and no way to sell it yet. From nothing to taking orders.
3–7 business days once assets land
Not included: merchant account placement, ongoing changes after handoff, the email program. Larger catalogs quoted separately.
Rescue
The store is live and it is not working — orders stalling, compliance exposure, or payments gone down.
Audit in 3–5 days, fixes the week after
Not included: a full redesign, a platform migration, or a catalog rebuilt from scratch. If the store is past fixing we will say so and quote the Launch build instead.
Payment processing is quoted separately. High-risk placement runs on its own terms and its own timeline, because underwriting is not ours to control. The interim rail in both packages means you are taking money either way while that runs.
The platform subscription is yours. Both packages build on Ecwid Business or above — size variations and staff access both require it — and that subscription stays in your name alongside everything else.
Ongoing work is a retainer, not a promise. After handoff you own a finished store. Catalog changes, design work and the email program run monthly if you want them, and nothing is bundled in that we would not actually keep doing.
Who we work with
Peptide and supplement brands are the specialty. That's where the hard-won parts live — research-use-only framing, COA and batch documentation, vendor vetting, and payment processors that won't drop you in month three. If you're in this category, you're not explaining the category to us.
The underlying work — custom sites, the software stack behind them, AI that removes repeat work, and clean payment setup — is the same craft anywhere. We build for businesses outside the category too, and the process doesn't change.
Every build climbs the same ladder

Run it on your own numbers
This is the lever we pulled on RBBioworks, and it costs nothing in traffic. Put your own figures in — rough is fine, you are the only one who sees them.
On RBBioworks that number moved from 1.37 to 1.96 in a single quarter. Thirty minutes is enough for us to tell you which of your own numbers is the one worth chasing — and whether it is this one at all.
Engagement
Thirty minutes. What you sell, where you are, and what's actually in the way.
A written plan naming exactly what gets built, in what order, and what we need from you.
We work together through it — daily contact on design, weekly on everything else.
Go live, walkthrough, documentation, and the logins handed over.
Ongoing help by retainer, or call us when something needs doing.
Pricing: each service can be quoted standalone, bundled, or run as a monthly retainer. Website builds are typically split half up front and half at launch.

If we could measurably change one behavior, reduce one daily disruptor, or improve one key metric for you — what would you want that one measurable thing to be?
That is the question we open with, and the answer sets the scope. Thirty minutes, no pitch deck.
